Marcella Zoia, was filmed throwing a chair off the 45th floor balcony of a high-rise apartment building. The apartment where the incident took place was reportedly an Airbnb rental unit. The chairs landed near the front entrance of the towering condo, but there were no reports of injuries. However, she was charged with mischief endangering life, mischief endangering property and common nuisance.
