A male motorcyclist was apparently westbound from either Hwy 52 or the I-5 to La Jolla Parkway and for unknown reasons hit the barrier wall and fell off of the transition ramp down to the center divider of the I-5. The motorcycle stayed on top of the transition ramp. No helmet could be found.
